When Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have just welcomed their fourth daughter into the world on August 28th, 2021, fans couldn’t be more excited to hear everything about their new princess.
A few days later, Cate and Ty shared the beautiful name they had picked out for their little princess: Rya Rose!
Now, Catelynn and Tyler are opening up about their new baby.

Catelynn and Tyler are opening up about their new baby’s gender, but first, some adorable photos!
“She’s here and she’s perfect!” Tyler shared on his Instagram stories the day that Rya was born, along with a photo of his swaddled up little one.
Catelynn also gave an exclusive update to Celebuzz, sharing that all is well.
“She’s perfect and healthy, and I’m doing well,” Catelynn told us.
She added that she’s “Just sore.”
Luckily, it seems that she and Tyler are beyond excited to welcome their little one into the world. “We are sooo blessed,” Catelynn told us.
Soon after, we finally learned baby R’s name!
“We are proud to announce our forth and final little princess Rya Rose Baltierra!” Catelynn shared with Celebuzz!.
“Mom, baby, and dad are doing well and Rya is adored by all that meets her,” she shared with us. “Novalee and Vaeda are over the moon! We are blessed beyond belief ❤️“
She also shared the details of Rya’s birth: her daughter was born at 1:07 a.m. and was 6lbs, 12oz, and 20 inches long.

In a sneak peek for Teen Mom OG, Catelynn admitted they wanted their new baby to be a boy!
“Getting pregnant hasn’t been easy,” she shared. “I had a miscarriage a few years ago followed by a bunch of false positives and then another miscarriage. And even through all of the heartbreak, we kept trying.”
“We really want to have a boy. We even looked at gender selection,” Catelynn shared in the voiceover.
